1. General Policy
We stand behind the quality of VertiQ AI Studio. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment, provided you have used less than 10% of your allocated tokens.
2. Token Purchases & Overage
Standalone token purchases (pay-as-you-go) and subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless there is a verifiable system error that prevented you from rendering your videos.
3. Third-Party Platform Penalties & Liability
VertiQ AI provides tools engineered to ensure the technical uniqueness of generated media files. We act solely as a rendering software provider. We do not control and are not responsible for the moderation, algorithm updates, or policy enforcements of third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
Account suspensions, demonetization (including "Reused Content" flags), or shadowbans resulting from a creator's upload frequency, mass-spamming behavior, or failure to adhere to community guidelines are entirely the user's responsibility. No refunds will be issued for tokens used or subscriptions active in the event of third-party platform penalties or channel termination.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible scope, please contact our support team at sales@vertiq.ai with your account email and the reason for the request. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
